The client was falling behind from its competitors in acquiring new bank account users because their personal banking web platform lacked a digital account setup feature. I led the end-to-end UX process for the web platform.
My client offers merchants with payment processing solutions and point-of-sale devices. But as competitors from technology companies are offering better services and modern hardware, I help them strengthen their competititveness with a redesign of their public site. Â
I created and owned the end-to-end process of the client's first native mobile app experience for customers that want to submit an online balance transfer.
Build once. Deploy once. Use everywhere. This proof of concept explores the capabilities of a hybrid platform of a native mobile app and web browser and I explore if sharing the same UI will sacrifice the client's digital ecosystem’s current experience.
